We are under shelter in our tipi, so we will always aim to go ahead with an event unless the weather is considered to be dangerous.

We cater for groups of no more than 8 people at our public events. If you want a larger dining experience, please get in touch with our team to plan your own bespoke event.

Cuddfan Feasts:

We reserve the right to cancel any event for any reason. This includes unforeseen circumstances, bad weather, or any other safety concerns. Should an event need to be cancelled by us, we’ll aim to give as much notice as practically possible. Please note we do not offer refunds should we need to cancel, but you will be offered an alternative event to book within the next 12 months.

Guest:

Due to the nature of our events, your booking is non-refundable.

Private Experiences:

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining 50% due 1 month before the event. Should an event be organised within 1 month of it taking place, the full amount will be payable to secure your date.

Please note - it’s a short walk from the car park to our tipi & is not suitable for those with limited mobility.

We are not responsible for guests’ vehicles or their contents.

Yes - we have a small bar here at Cuddfan, stocked from Welsh breweries & distilleries where we can.

Please note - we do not allow alcohol to be brought on site.

We believe in cwtches & comfort. Please come dressed in what you love.

We do recommend on wearing suitable footwear & bringing something warm.

Yes! We have our very own gentle giant Simba, who loves to welcome other well-behaved dogs. Please always contact us ahead to confirm.

Alternatively, if you’re nervous around dogs please get in touch & we can ensure your booked in for a dog free event.

Due to the nature of our woodland events & the off site set up, we are only able to accommodate limited dietary requirements.

For the majority of our dining events, we are able to provide vegetarian or gluten-free alternatives. Please advise us upon booking.

When dining with us at Cuddfan, you may be seated with other lovely people. Our handmade tables seat 4-8 guests, but rest assured you will always be seated with your booking.

A short woodland walk away we have our beautiful campsite Kiteview. We have a meadow for camping, a shepherds hut with a view in the top meadow. In the woodlands you’ll find our pre pitched tree tents for you to enjoy.

Every pitch has it’s own compost toilet & there’s a compost shower in the main meadow.
