Woodland Tipi Gong Bath & 2-Course Lunch

Woodland Tipi Gong Bath & Lunch

A bath you say? No water or swimming is involved! You bathe in the vibrations and frequencies of the gong sounds, whilst lying down snug in your blanket.

Join us in our cosy woodland tipi with Geraint from G Nature & Wellbeing, and learn how to bathe in the vibrations of the beautiful gong sounds.

We’ll start by getting comfortable with an introduction, before we do a body scan with a focus on our breath to aid presence, and start our sound journey. We’ll finish the experience with a grounding woodland walk whilst we share our experiences with each other, and then feast on a delicious 2-course lunch in the tipi.

Who is this for?

Do you want to feel presence, switch off & relax?

If you're curious, or have never heard of a Gong Sound Bath before, you are especially welcome. If you're trying mindfulness or meditation to help you relax and maintain presence, then this is for you. Or even if you just simply love a Gong Bath, we welcome you with open arms.

What can I expect?

Not only is every Gong Sound Bath different, it’s also a unique experience for each person involved.

You don't need to know how to meditate or focus on being mindful and present, as the Gong Sound Bath may work its magic to bring you to a meditative state for deeper relaxation.

Fall into a dreamy distraction as your busy mind succumbs to the depths of the vibrations, the resonance and the sounds.

Afterwards, we’ll share our experiences with a grounding woodland walk. You may come away feeling light & as though your floating, others may feel relaxed and heavy. Let go of your stresses & anxieties, and come away from us feeling tranquil.
